My Idea Is...

  3. Ability to add more than one person in a messaging thread

    We absolutely need this when working with married couples/more than one party searching together. It's impossible to keep everyone on the same page if you can't all be on one message thread. Thanks!

    More search results for new construction the MLS says 1161 and homespotter can only load 75 for me and the girl from my cell phone

  5. Auto Email List

    My auto email that I send to my client should be listed for the client to view on their app. I hate that they are having to go to the portal to see what our search has specifically picked up and than they need to set up their own search. Not efficient or consumer friendly

  6. Export favorites to Matix for app-only clients

    Create the ability to export client/user from app to Matrix while KEEPING client favorites, so their favorites transfer with their info to the Matrix. This would allow agents to access the client app preferences on NorthstarMLS browser and we could easily do market comparisons, schedule showing carts, and Help them understand their market.

    Ex: “Hi Client, you’ve been favoriting homes that were listed around $300k. The ones that have closed have sold for an average of 10% above asking - great info to know as we start making offers!”

    It used to show when it came on and any changing to the listing status. ( ie; pending, contingent dates)

  8. We need Subtypes

    I’m searching for single family homes (detached) under RESIDENTIAL category, but I don’t want townhomes or condos. There should be a sub-type like condos/townhomes (attached)or multi unit under 4 units (commercial is over 5 units).

    1) Include coming soon
    2) include all MLS not just agents local board
    3) listing history at the bottom of the page has been removed please include again

  13. Some recent sold is not showing in the app

    I understand the app doesn’t refresh as fast as paragon.
    But this sold listing is on paragon for about a week and its is still not showing on the app.
    I realize there had been a few sold listings missing at least.
    what are the criteria to show up on the app? Now I can’t fully rely on the app when doing a quick CMA. I wish the app is accurate enough so I don’t need to sign in paragon on my phone.

  15. Ability to adjust sold date range

    change date range for sold homes to more recent so I’m not looking at last years sales. Ability to adjust by months old (1 month of past sales, 2 months, etc)

  16. Fix the app for shutting off

    The app will just shut me out when I am texting a client. Even my clients say the app just turns off on them. Then I have to log back on. It’s very inconvenient. Please fix.

  18. Copy Listing Agents Email

    Sometimes the Listing Agent asks to requests an item from you/clients. When I go to the Listing Agents email it won’t let me copy their email so I can take it to my Mail app. Unless they put their email in the Agents notes then you can’t copy and paste it. Even when their email is in the Agents notes it’s often sticky and won’t let you copy. I’ll submit that to support.

  20. Lags MLS Disappointment

    New Listings, Status Changes, all information in app is significantly slower to refresh than the MLS or Zillow. If this is the app promoted by the MLS, information should be updated with the same immediacy.
