  2. "Coming Soon" different color than Active with Active Date visible ...currently they look like they're live and they are not!

    yes, need the showing start date to populate. it is mandatory in tmls now

  4. Clients need to be able to save searches - and we should be able to build & save searches for them with new property/change notifications.
