My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Contacts, OLD

    Please give me the option of going back to the old contacts. I only want to see my MLS contacts and I want to be able to reach out to them through this app without them having to first download this app, like I used to for the last two years. Many of my clients are elderly people who don’t even use smart phones. If there is a way to do this I don’t know how to do it. Please give me a call at 360-969-2058. I’m very frustrated right now.

  3. Cancel App capabilities

    Is there any way to cancel the app sent to a client. Wanting to know as I have an abusive client I don’t want to have a connection to.

  4. Modify info when sending listings

    Right now If I send a listing from the app directly to a text message or iMessage, it auto populates a link with photo thumbnail, but also another thumbnail photo of the first listing image and a template text...

    Would be nice if we can modify that, and take out the redundant photo and template text...

  6. Login doesn’t load

    More often than not, I can’t login to my account. In order to access my carts, I try to login and it just loads and loads. I close out the app, restart it, no luck!

    homespotter is not letting me send property info to my clients thru messenger, WhatsApp and others.

  16. Separated town homes and condominiums from single family homes

    Feedback from consumers has been that they would like to be able to differentiate condominium and townhome listings from the single-family home listings. If they could separate them on a drop-down box as a selection, they will use the app. Currently they are going to other websites like Zillow because they can weed out all the condominium townhome listings from their searches if they’re looking for a single-family home or vice versa

  18. HomeSpotter should Upload the photos as soon as they are entered

    HomeSpotter should Upload the photos as soon as they are entered into the MLS. No reason Zillow’s app should have our listings photos and HomeSpotter not have them

  19. Upload listings faster than Zillow!!!

    My clients find properties faster than I do on this app... When an agent uploads a listing we should have it available instantly on our app.
