My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. "Coming Soon" different color than Active with Active Date visible ...currently they look like they're live and they are not!

  3. Send address to car’s GPS

    Using car’s GPS is more convenient and it doesn’t consume mobile device’s battery. If agents can send the property’s address from this app to GPS of most popular cars with one click, it’ll be very useful.

  5. Canceled withdrawn time limit

    Currently there’s no limit in months/years back in these c/wd categories so super old canceled listings from years ago look new - ugh!

  8. Recognize primary MLS

    I have MetroList as my primary and CRMLS with coop key access. Because the phone number is the same on both this system puts me in CRMLS even though I log in with my MetroList information. When I have to put in my phone number the system decides I should be in CRMLS. Most frustrating and annoying

  11. Allow touch I.D. login on Apple on iPad and iPhone

    I’ve tried to login in using Touch ID on multiple occasions an the app get hung up on the login process. Please fix.

  14. Sync between devices

    It’s 2020 and the mls is suppose to be the main place for reliable searches. Yes this app and the desktop don’t sync!

  16. Display the SOLD price is the list output. you currently show the last list price. it's a bug.

    When you display the list of homes, you show in last list price. its really noticeable when it says Closed with a particular price..and when you click on it for more detail, the property actually sold for a higher amount. this is clearly a bug.

  18. Add a "Style" filter option for Client's App, just like Agent's have

    As an agent, I can select Filter and choose a Style of home(I.e. condo, town home, etc.). My clients don't have a Style Option, that greatly limits their ability to search for a home and narrow their options.

  20. Realtor photos visible on MLS

    I would to see on the bottom of MLS info next to the name and DRE# that agent photo be featured. I think we could benefit from seeing the photo. There have been times that an agent has a name change and you think your dealing with a different Realtor when in fact they just change their name. I hope you will consider my recommendation.
