My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    Sending listing with no address option to customers.

    It’s important because some people are not officially working or signed with you yet, if you find them a perfect home but don’t just want to give away the address, be abele to send a PDF or a link with no address or map just pictures and information.

  3. Typing in any address

    We recently switched to Northstar from Flex and the flex MLS app was way more user friendly. We were able to look up ANY address, as far back as the MLS history allowed. It made us agents look like ROCKSTARS if we could pull up the last 3 listings of the house, compare photos, prices, changes, etc.

  5. Lead Capture Option

    One of the most important reasons for sharing our branded app or listing online is in order to capture buyer and seller leads...this is a MUST HAVE feature and would be wonderful if you had an option to have a simplistic editable lead capture page where you can edit the required contact info and it’s input directly into our contacts. -Thanks for putting together a great app!

  6. Change the color of the house icon once you’ve clicked it

    In order to keep track of which houses I’ve already looked at I would love for the icons to change color once I’ve already clicked on them.

  10. Clients need to be able to save searches - and we should be able to build & save searches for them with new property/change notifications.

  14. Add/edit

    It would be nice if we are able to edit our own listings on the app. Many times we want to change comments or order of pictures, to allow our listings get more exposure and we can not do that.

  18. My favourites

    Favourite folders, I want to keep track of favourites for different clients including different types of homes and homes I’ve seen that I want to keep updated on. Also why can’t I select multiple favourites and then message them to my client? Or in the messaging see a list of saved homes to send them. Also no notifications when clients message me in app? That’s a waste.
