My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Can you enable ability to click on phone number when sending info as HTML link. Also show email address and website link. For example my email is carmelotorresnj@gmail.com and website is http://NJHomeNet.com.

    Most posting features include these features as the make it easy to allow customers to communicate.

  2. collect buyer data and feedback - in fields that are able to be aggregated instead of just text comments

    collect buyer data in aggregated fields so we can track consumer behavior and trends - text messages ate fine, but not meaningful long-term. make it easy for buyers and agents to enter what they like and don't like about a property - manual input is too cumbersome. And this data could be super valuable to the MLS and agents.

    Most of the schools don't have ratings and schools is a top request by clients

  6. Copy and paste

    Still seems to be unable to copy and paste remark info or any details in the app. This would be extremely helpful when there is a link in remarks needed or phone number that is used not listed else where

  7. ability to attach pictures to texts

    If we can attach pictures to our text messages in the app then I don't have to switch over to another texting app to send screenshots or other pictures in our thread

  8. Print property details

    Our MLS just changed the Agent Report that provides all property detail, and made things worse. Your user interface is so much better. I just wish I could print a 1-pg summary of property details right from the app!

  12. Allow searching with keywords

    In the NWMLS app, we could search by keyword, which would allow us to search by words we may find in the listing. Now we can't. I used to be able to type in "waterfront" and it would show me all the Homes with "waterfront" in the listing. Don't know why you changed to HomeSpotter. It's not better.

  13. Need ability to filter sold properties by date. 3-6mo old sales are borderline useless and anything from 2016 is completely irrelevant.

  14. Crucial to be able to RUN COMPS!

    I would like to see an expanded version with the ability to be able to run comparables on this application. If we run across a property for a client and they want to write an offer while we're in the field, there is no way we can do so because the first thing you do before writing an offer is to run comparables to confirm that the subject property is not overpriced. Otherwise, we do a dis-service to our client. On the flip side, if a client would like us to list their property, and they would like us to…

  19. Add parking spot number for condos

    Currently this app does not show what parking spot is with the unit, despite the MLS having a field for it. When a client asks which parking spot is theirs, I have to go to the full MLS to find that information.
