My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    My clients are looking for a home with acreage but that doesn't seem to be a search feature. Can it be added to the filters?

  4. More filtering options and filtering preferences

    My most common filtering items are usually by size, by days on market, and by location. I'd love to be able to set them, and not have to make the selections again, unless needed.

  8. Show phone number format required to add contacts, and don't make adding a phone number a requirement to add contacts.

  10. New property alerts for clients saved searches.

    Could be email, text, or banner notifications. A function more like the client portal on Matrix. Maybe just more of a sync between the two. That would be such a easy fix no work at all ....ha! Thanks for your continued work.

  13. Open houses selection

    Should be able to put date and time in filter so I can find open houses to go to that day. Instead it's showing me open houses for the next few days which doesn't help me if I want to see just the open houses today.

  14. Sold properties past 12 months

    It would be helpful to be able to research sold properties from any date. Also to be able to search Sold properties nearby. For example you are showing a buyer and they are interested in the property. You pull up the app and voila have the neighbors properties and what they paid. Even if it was 3 years ago it's a good conversation to have with a buyer. Kind of annoying to not be able to look past 12 months

    Allow us realtors decide which client can use the sold data functionality. Right now, it looks like all uses get access if the go into the filter and check it off.

  18. Add the duplex, triplex, etc. options

    it only shows multi family, I need a way to select duplex or triplex ect.
