My Idea Is...

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  5. Filter solds so you can easily get most recent sold dates. Really don't need sales past 6 months when I'm out showing.

  6. PLEASE PLEASE support multiple MLSs from one phone

    WOW a I just learned from your support team this is not supported. I will be lost without this app for my new secondary market in a NC regional MLS. I currently am in the Raleigh NC Triangle MLS and adding Brunswick Regional MLS as a secondary market. PLEASE add this as I will be lost without your app for my new market.   7. Tracking my buyers interest?

    What does everyone think about tracking buyers activity? That way we can see if their interest in their criteria is changing, also we can see how many times a day they are looking, that way we can see the level of urgency as well!

  8. Auto Email Link needed in App

    More than once while showing a home, I’d get a question from a buyer about another property I sent them. It takes WAY too much time to login in desktop to view other listings. I am asking for a link to Auto Emails in the app (like the one we have for Saved Searches). Also, if I am meeting another agent at a listing while showing many homes, I can use the link on here in app to quickly contact the agent. Otherwise, if I go to desktop, it takes too much time and none of the phone numbers are…

  13. Searching Listings

    Would be nice to search listings outside Northstar MLS territory. In my area we have MLS regions we over lap and it would be nice to search them. Or make the whole state available on the app.

  19. Search history

    Can you make our search history easily accessible? Sometimes a client asks me to pull over and get info on a neighborhood listing we see as we drive by. It would be useful to go back to my search history so I can do further research at the office.
