  3. 30 minute showing default

    Change the app default time of 30 minutes down to 15 or even 20 minutes, especially on weekends. There are many showing brokers who are finished in less than 5 minutes. If they even come at all.

  6. After you click on a property make it a shade lighter

    On the map, if you’re browsing properties and you click on one, make it a shade lighter when you go back to browsing so you know you already clicked on it.

    Show if the home is attached or detached (common walls). Show the property subtype single-family residence attached condo attached condo detached etc.

  10. Allow relo clients to download the app using a foreign phone number from abroad.

    Allow relocation clients to download the app using a foreign phone number. We can't afford to exclude relo clients from the platform. They are our best buyers!

  11. Suggestions

    • add hot sheets and market watch to app. Hard to see what’s new or changed.

    • allow for mls email (flex does this. You can send an email to the entire mls, or pick groups or specific offices). This helps with getting price changes and other information directly to agents with interested clients. It’s also a good resource if someone is looking for lenders or title companies or moving companies, etc.

    • bulk select uploaded docs for easy download and sharing.

    • add office contact info to listing

    • add create CMA option

  12. Listings update slow!!

    It’s now been 45 minutes since my auto email from the MLS came to me and the app doesn’t have that listing showing. It’s bad enough that now we can’t have agent full emails on the listings that are emailed, now we have to wait for our app to update

  13. Hire a team capable for building a function application.

    Between constant log-outs, contacts not showing up, carts not showing up, different information from my MLS contacts to the contacts on this app, this is just an embarrassment. We are professionals in an world continuing to go digital, please keep up. I can understand that many users of this app are older and less adaptable to change but as time marches on more and more of us agents are younger and EXPECT the only app truly tied to our NWMLS to actually work as expected.     Currently, when I tap on a client’s saved search, zero results will show up, but if I look at the saved search on the client’s phone I can see results.

    I should be able to see what homes are in the clients search

  16. why does it take so long to load EVERYTHING carts don't load. maps search takes forever.

    it's embarrassing that I can pull up listings faster on redfin when I'm on the road trying to get things up for clients.

  17. not forced me to put a last name or an email address. these days people don't check their emails and some people just don't have them

    some people you just meet in the store and they say here text me some properties for rent and they don't want emails but yet you forced me to put an email in there. older clients some of them don't even have email addresses how am I supposed to put an email address in
