  1. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

    I have to wait sometimes upwards of 45 minutes for a new listing to be available to share on homespotter. This is unacceptable. How are we supposed to move away from zillow and redfin if their data syndicates faster than yours does??

    When you text or email a listing from the app, you need to show the house on the map as well. Otherwise, the client will have to use another app to see it on the map. So it’s waste of time. Many many clients have mentioned it to me.

  9. MLS APP Propagates Slower Than our Competition

    Help! I continue to feedback from my clients that Redfin and Zillow have new listing content before my CRMLS client portal and app. This is insanely embarrassing and it blows my mind that CRMLS will not fix this. The MLS is the source for data. It should propagate first before the third party sites. Who is CRMLS serving, us as agents or the deep pockets of Zillow???

  10. Client messages with home they found.

    When they send me a house selection, I can’t copy and paste the MLS number, I can’t see the detail that I normally get and it doesn’t let me “see on matrix”. I have to write down the mls numbers and go to a different web page….

    I want the shared property to look like if I pulled it up with all the access and supplements.

  11. !! SAVED SEARCHES !’

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: Don’t ask for password every time we need to see saved searches or carts. It should be sufficient that we already sign up upon entering the app. It is extremely annoying that we need to re-enter the password every time. We also have passwords on our phones, so what is your concern? Do we really need a third password entry? It is really a torture and unnecessary to do it again and again during our busy times.

    Can you please fix the search for bathrooms.. sometimes you want to pull comps with just 1 bathroom. 1+ is useless.
