My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  3. Add user guides for clients when app is shared. My buyers don't realize what homespotter is capable of.

    Most of my clients don't realize they can click the details/neighborhood apps. They don't know they can message in the app or share the homes with their agent or other friends. I know Homespotter is and can be amazing. I'm just tired of explaining to people how to explore it. Making this more user friendly for clients would be a huge plus.

    Also making sure the calculator is more accurate (should be able to add credit score in there too).

  4. Bring back school district

    Use to search for listings by school district name ie Hopkins Public School District. Sadly, that feature is no longer searchable.

  5. Be able to send supplements along with the listing

    It would be nice that when we share the listing via text message or email link, that the supplements were attached in the link so it’s easier access for our clients to view instead of sending them individually or signing into matrix (desktop version)
